CPD Programmes – PM SHRI Kendriya Vidyalaya Nasirabad
PM SHRI Kendriya Vidyalaya Nasirabad organizes various Continuous Professional Development (CPD) programmes for its teachers and staff in accordance with the guidelines of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS). These programmes aim to continuously enhance the professional knowledge, teaching skills, digital competencies and administrative capabilities of the staff.
The CPD programmes cover areas such as innovative teaching-learning methodologies, ICT and digital technologies, Artificial Intelligence (AI), assessment and evaluation, NEP 2020, NCF, inclusive education, student-centred learning and effective school practices. Staff members are also encouraged to share their experiences, exchange best practices and explore innovative strategies that can be effectively implemented in the classroom and school environment.
Through these programmes, the Vidyalaya strives to empower its staff with updated knowledge and skills, improve the quality of teaching-learning, encourage professional growth and create an effective, inclusive and innovative educational environment for the holistic development of students.
